To finish previous note, when the next person was called I asked why they were calling other people ahead of me (4). One gentlemen told the workers that I was there ahead of him but that did not help. The workers kept telling me that the computer would often just delete names, especially when someone would take a break, names in that time period would often be deleted by the computer and that they had no control over it. Of course 2 of the people called seemed to be old friends and a lot of time spent talking about kids baseball (Just seems odd but that is just me). I arrived at 1:43 and finally left at 2:50. I don't think you will be high on my list for future haircuts and I will see how many of my friends I can tell. Apparently you need a new computer!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! We just left after checking in online, driving from Smithfield to Garner for the appointment (and yes, we were on time). She saw that Christopher who was supposed to be up next was a kid, skipped him and went to the next adult giving us an additional 11 min wait time without saying anything to us even though when we walked in, she asked if we checked in online and I told her we did

We brought our Trans son into Sport Clips for a fade. First time here and got the MVP treatment - Wonderful! Teri was fantastic with taking care of his needs, making him feel comfortable, and the haircut was spectacular. What fantastic service. We will be coming back. Thanks Teri for making this experience phenomenal! Highly Recommend this location.
